Canelo Charlo 4 belts

Las Vegas, Canelo Alvarez v Jermell Charlo (WBC/WBA/IBF/WBO super middleweight titles) let’s say as numbers we’re there just note the acronyms…

what will happen: Charlo doesn’t have the power to worry Canelo who has publicly stated so in an interview, but he has a lot of technique and moves well, so he still has to be careful; but let’s remember that Canelo has stood up to Bivol and GGG and at some junctures even Kovalev so definitely unlikely that Charlo will come out in a stylish way; if he moves continuously and makes a great pace , which he is capable of doing then he can make it to the final bell otherwise it will be tough. What could happen is a game plan that would see Charlo continually tying up when the action is over in order to take a breather and not give Canelo time to reset his actions..but how long could that last..a continuity of strikes that could trouble Alvarez, and reduce the time to set up his deadly actions..could be another solution…but in the middle and short distance we don’t see hope for J.

t will be a good fight, for sure on one side there is a great great boxer, one of the greatest in the history of Mexico, and on the other side an excellent world champion who will have to and maybe will invent something to resist; it is clear that if Canelo will have the way (and the way will be there and he will find it) to throw his series with that short left hook… then there will be trouble for the big American guy who we like for how determined he is and who we have been following for a long time.

Also on the night will be

Jesus Ramos Jr Erickson Lubin (WBA super welterweight eliminator)

Yordenis Ugas vs. Mario Barrios (WBC interim welterweight title)
